About The Program
We will bring you to the next level.
WEBII now offers fully online English language courses of study. The online program is a complete multi-level English language course available to students either in the United States or internationally. This program allows students to learn ESL/EFL entirely online.

WEBII also offers a complete online EFL course (Starter – Advanced) to reach the benchmarking correlations for the International Standards and Tests: TOEFL (Paper), TOEFL iBT, TOEIC, IELTS, & CEFR. Additional in courses offered for students to reach their English goals are Business, General Medical, United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS). WEBII services include advising students on receiving Academic (F), Vocational (M), and Exchange (J) visas. The WEBII English course and Homestay provides a comfortable and safe environment for students to learn English. Students will experience total immersion by interacting with their teacher and American culture.

The primary mission and focus of WEBII is dedicated to training native English speakers through an accredited Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certificate program. The TESOL certificate is a standard international recognized English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) qualification for abroad work as an English instructor/teacher/educator. Inclusive of earning a TESOL certificate, learners also receive training in classroom management, curriculum development, cultural awareness, and abroad survival skills for teachers to know the foreign environment that they will be living in. After completing this training, WEBII finds jobs for teachers to work in language schools, public/private schools, college/universities, and in other areas of education. Teachers of all ages preferably need to have at minimum a university degree (not always mandatory).

He has lived and worked across multiple regions including Japan, the United States, and the Middle East, and has traveled to over 30 countries worldwide. His expertise spans education, international consulting, publishing, and leadership development. He holds advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership and International Business and has worked with global institutions, universities, and corporate organizations. He is also the founder of WEB International Publishing and has led initiatives in cross-cultural education, international business strategy, and global workforce development.
